For all the radish lovers out there! *Edited to reduce salt amount based on reviewers comments.

  1. Combine radishes, cucumbers and scallions.
  2. In separate bowl, combine the honey, salt and sour cream.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Just before serving, top the chilled vegetables with the dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped egg whites and minced parsley.
  6. Serving size = about 1 cup.

I loved the cool, crunchy veggie combination. I only added 1 tsp salt instead of 2, but the dressing was still way too salty. I then added some extra honey. It's so pretty; I'd certainly make this again, but with maybe some other dressing.... something ranch, maybe. Thanx for posting!

Delicious. But I just couldn't add 2-tsp. salt so I added only one. And for me that was a good decision. I seeded the cukes. This was so refreshing and pretty too. A good veg. combination, the flavors went together perfectly. I served on a bed of lettuce. Yum! thanks for posting this 5-star salad.
