Use as an salad or appetizer.
- 8 large radishes, sliced
- 1⁄2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Combine all ingredients and serve.
Refreshing and easy. I liked the lightness of flavors here. I used fresh picked icicle radishes from our garden and subbed fresh chives for the cilantro as a matter of personal taste. I've made this twice already. Once we used it as a topping for Recipe #297846. Very nice recipe! Made for ZWT 4
