  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, then add radish greens to wilt.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add 1 cup broth and simmer for a few minutes. (optional: add potato to simmer).
  4. Purée in blender.
  5. Season with cayenne and ground pepper.
