  1. Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the seeds. Slice the cucumber.
  2. Combine the cucumber, radishes and onion slivers in a bowl.

  4. Toss with radish mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve on a bed of watercress, garnished with the orange segments.
