Loved this! Who knew radishes could be the star of the plate? I used frozen orange juice concentrate, but otherwise followed the recipe. I sliced the radishes on a mandoline and the slicing didn't take long at all. The recipe is now in my "best of" cookbook to be made again. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
