Loved this! Who knew radishes could be the star of the plate? I used frozen orange juice concentrate, but otherwise followed the recipe. I sliced the radishes on a mandoline and the slicing didn't take long at all. The recipe is now in my "best of" cookbook to be made again. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I loved these. And my dh didn`t. And just think I made it with parsley just for him so he would eat them. I adore cilantro and really wish I just made it that way! Then I would have really really enjoyed it! The radishes were so fresh and not at all strong. I think that it`s really important to have the freshest of veggies for the best of taste. I used a clementine for the orange. Thanks!
