This a great Chili for kids and grown ups that don't like Spicy Chili. Easy and quick to make for the whole family.

Directions

  1. Place olive oil in medium size pot and warm over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until tender and slightly brown.
  3. Add ground beef and brown.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, fresh tomato and kidney beans and stir.
  5. Stir in Chili Power and Cumin slowly and blend.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add Water to desired thickness.
  8. Cook for 15 Minutes.
  9. Serve with Corn Bread.
