These taste just o.k. I thought with the addition of the Nesquick it would give them a whole new taste. It did, but I can't say I love em. Plus they're more cake-like than brownie. This I"m sure comes from using self-raising flour. I did use the p.b. chips as suggested. Also, baking time was upped to 30 minutes due to being so thick and put into an 8x8. All in all not a bad tasting brownie/cake if you're looking for something not too sweet. (maybe some frosting?) Made for a recipenap in Veg-n-Swap~
