These have completely spoiled me! Whenever I order rings at a restaurant they never measure up to these crunchy, tasty ones.
I have made these numerous times and it ruins it for any other onion rings. Some things I do to make it go faster is I put the flour ingredients into my tupperware marinating container which has a lid. This way I can do like five at once. I also dip flour them twice and I find I have to double the flour ingredients because the flour gets to much like crumbs and then doesn't stick to the last few. Excellent!
I also tried this recipe, after seeing it on food network, Racheal Rays "30 minute meals" and it is a keeper. Very tasty and easy to prepare. We loved the sauce with the rings, but had to cut the spices a little for the kids. Wonderful recipe.
