  • 1.Place a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
  • 2.Add the beef, onion, and garlic.
  • 3.Cook until the meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
  • 4.Add the beans, tomato sauce, beer, tomato paste, chiles, stock, chili powder, Worcestershire, cumin, cayenne, paprika, and hot sauce to the meat mixture.
  • 5.Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
  • 6.Simmer 3 hours or until thickened.
  • 7.Serve hot.
