  • 4 ounces kettle potato chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 14 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Spread chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minute or until cheese is melted.
  2. Top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately. Substitute: frozen cottage fries (1/2 of 22-oz. pkg.), baked as directed on package, for the potato chips.
