    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4-6

    Yield:

    bowls

    Units: US | Metric

    • 4 (3 ounce) bags beef-flavor ramen noodles
    • 1/2 lb ground beef
    • 1/4 white onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 3/4 cup cheese (optional)
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Cook Ramen Noodles as instructed on the package.(After cooking drain water and continue package directions).
    2. 2
      Mince the onion.
    3. 3
      Season the beef with the garlic powder,salt and pepper.
    4. 4
      Brown the beef, then drain.
    5. 5
      Mix the beef and the noodles.
    6. 6
      Top with cheese.
