Yummy summer quinoa meal.

  1. Boil 2 cups water and add in 1 cup quinoa.
  2. Heat for about 12 minutes or until quinoa has soaked up all of the water.
  3. Add in dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Top with or mix in balsamic vinegarette.
