    I recently mad this when I had some leftover quinoa at home. The smell was kind if overpowering, but the flavor was very mild and sort of sweet. An excellent hamburger substitute for people who are careful about their waistlines. I'm also quite certain you could use almost any kind of fish to make this recipe work.

    Directions:

      Prepare quinoa as usual. (This is not included in prep time).

      In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Work the mixture with your hands till the ingredients combine into one slightly stick mass.

      Shape into two patties. Fry on a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes (or until patties are a dark brown on the bottom), flip over, and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.

      Best served warm.
