  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein isolate
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein isolate
  • 3 cups egg whites
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 375°F.
  2. HAND MIX THE QUINOA, PROTEIN POWDER, EGG WHITES, NUTS AND SPICES IN A BOWL.
  3. POUR MIXED CONTENT INTO SPRAYED OR LINED LOAF (OR MUFFIN) TIN.
  4. LET IT BAKE FOR 30 – 40 minutes.
