I made this exactly as directed but I felt it was a little bland. I thought the salsa and hummus would be enough flavor but it wasn't quite enough for me. I would recommend adding salt and cumin at the least. Maybe more salsa? I think it was OK but not something I would make again.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a loaf pan.
  2. steam broccoli until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients + broccoli. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into loaf pan and cook for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove and slice.
  6. Top with pasta sauce and enjoy!
