By rice cakes I mean those round dingamazoos that look like styrofoam and if bare taste like it too. This is a delicious breakfast ready in minutes, healthy & quite low in calories . I posted an earlier version of this Quick & Easy Low Cal Breakfast or Lunch done with tomatoes, hot sauce & a bit of cheese. Love this recipe now that the berry season is here

  1. Spread the rice cakes with cream cheese.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup of berries or fresh fruit.
  3. Enjoy a healthy quick breakfast.

Great idea! I liked the flavor too. I couldn't quite fit all the fruit on them, maybe 3/4 of it.

I really liked this Bergy. I have made it twice. Once with a jar of all fruit and once with fresh strawberries. I used cinnamon rice cakes... they did not have any plain, unsalted at my local walmart but I like this with the cinnamon. Great healthy eating on the run. Thanks !

I used canned blackcurrants as buying berries in a supermarket is too expensive for this student! :) Really good combination, although I'll use this combination on crisp-bread of some sort as I've just discovered that I'm really not a great fan of rice cakes!
