This is great stroganoff! The only thing I did differently is to saute some onion and add to the recipe. Probably not original, but I like onion in my stroganoff! Very creamy and beefy, just like it should be. And I don't mind a little fat, Inez! Thanks for the recipe!

So fast and easy! This tastes great, we loved it. It went well on noodles with a salad on the side.

What an easy recipe! This went over very well for the whole family, including 2 very picky kids. The only thing different I did was omit the mushrooms and sauteed onions with the meat. I will definitely be adding this to the rotation. Thanks!

I stirred in 8 oz. of boiled, drained noodles and mixed it all together. It seemed a little runny so I added another couple spoons of sour cream. My husband and I both liked it; very tasty. The onion soup mix was oniony enough for me, without adding extra chopped onions. I liked fresh mushrooms instead of canned. This skillet-full was enough for six servings for us. Two nights for dinner and a lunch.

This is a low carb recipe, but MY GOD! What good does it make to eat that 24.7 gr of fat in one meal. That's more than a third of the daily fat intake.
