I got this recipe from a low-sodium newsletter I subscribe to. If you don't have to watch your sodium intake, add a little salt if you want to.

Recipes just don’t come much easier than this! Or any more delicious! Use tomatoes that you know you can trust for flavour and with the classic complement of basil, you just can’t go wrong! Scrumptious warm and at room temperature. And SO low in calories and in fat. It’s recipes like this that make cutting back on fat such a breeze! I’ll be making this often, to serve as a side dish, and to serve (at room temperature) with salads. Being so low in fat, it is also a great dish to serve with dishes that are perhaps a little higher in fat than you’d like! I made mine with 3 cloves of minced garlic rather than the garlic powder. Thank you eebrag for posting this gem of a recipe!
