This is really simple but very good. You can add an extra can of beef broth and tomato sauce if you want it to be more soupy.
- 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (green beans, carrots, corn)
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- Throw everything in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
