Really easy...takes next to no time and tastes can also serve with a dollop or "Quark" (fresh cheese, consistency of youghurt) or clotted cream.

  1. Melt butter and fry chopped onions and garlic in a small pan until golden.
  2. Add tomatoe juice and reduce.
  3. Add tabasco and pepper.
  4. Add noodles.
  5. Mix water with stock cube.
  6. Add water to pot and boil until noodles are done.
  7. Add semolina and remove from heat.
  8. Taste and add salt, pepper and tabasco if needed.
  9. Quick easy soup for a quick lunch, Have a nice crunchy baguette ready to soak up any excess liquid!
