I'm very glad I tried this sauce. It's simply delicious and I'll be using it often. I used Kikkoman's soy sauce rather than Braggs since that's what I had on hand. Made for Veggie Swap 38

This was really delicious! I used it in a stir fry of noodles, veggies, eggs, peanuts, and edamame, and it went really nicely. I was tempted to add some crushed chiles but forgot, and I'm glad I forgot because this has a lot of flavor that I might have missed had I added lots of heat. I love the garlic and ginger combo! My only complaint is that it was a touch salty for my tastes (which I NEVER say!) so next time I will add it to a bigger stir fry or leave out a T or two of Braggs. I did thicken the sauce using about 1 T flour and a few T water. Thanks for posting! Made for Veg*n Swap #21.

Awesome recipe, magpie! This is delicious! I made it a few days ahead so that the garlic and ginger have time to marinate, and I'm sure it will be even better. It took all of five minutes to throw together, and is so much cheaper (and more flexible) than jarred sauce! Made for Spring PAC 2010! Thanks for posting, magpie!

I NEVER would have thought to use Braggs instead of soy sauce. Such a great healthy substitution. Thanks for sharing magpie diner : )
