We loved this chicken! I marinated it overnight and the flavors were wonderful. DH grilled it and we enjoyed moist great tasting chicken. A great recipe that we will make again. Thank you Latchy for posting this recipe. Made and reviewed for the Cooking Photo forum's JULY "Everyone is Making the Same Thing" Challenge.

Marinated this wonderful chicken for a whole afternoon and my dbf grilled it to perfection!! Didn't have any sherry so used Port instead. Made for the Photo Forum Challenge July 2009! :)

Nice recipe. I used my grill pan for this. I believe next time I'll marinade it overnight, two hours didn't seem to be enough for the flavours to develop. Made for "Everyone is making the same thing" event in the Photo Forum July '09. :)

My DH and I both loved this marinated chicken. I used boneless chicken breast tenderloins which I placed on skewers after marinating the chicken for an hour. I served it with asparagus and grilled corn-on-the-cob. Made for Photo Forum event: Everyone-is-Making-the same-thing-challenge #2.

This was nice, but agree with Marg that it could have had a stronger flavor - maybe double up on the ginger?? I didn't have sherry so used some cabernet I had left over and it was very nice. Cooked on the grill and served sliced over Hot German Buttered Noodles, with corn on the side. Made for Photo Forum event: Everyone-is-Making-the same-thing-challenge #2

We really enjoyed this dish, but we all felt the flavor could have been stronger. Next time, I'll cut the chicken into strips before I put it in the marinade and then stir fry it. I didn't have any sherry so I used a White Zinfandel wine. Prepared for the Photo Forum event: Everyone-is-Making-the-Same-Thing Challenge #2.

Very easy and tasty. I broiled the chicken breasts for 10 minutes, and served them with sugar snap peas and mint salad and white rice. Thanks. Will definitely make this again.

Easy and good! Spooning on the marinade while broiling gave this an enticing golden-colored glaze, which paid off with a rich combination of honey and ginger flavors.

So easy, so good! I wil be making this again. I doubled the marinade ingredients for 5 breasts and that was plenty. We grilled the chicken this time but in the winter will broil in the oven as suggested. Excellent recipe!

An amazing way to impress the husband with very little effort! This was zingy and full of flavour and also very easy. I used organic chicken breasts and served this with creamed spinach and feta (dip). Eaten with gusto and enjoyment. Made for everyone is making the same thing in the photo's forum. FT:-)

Loved the flavour of this chicken! I marinated it for about 4 hours and doubled the recipe for the two of us, but left the honey as if for one, 3 tsp only. Grilled on my gridller and served as suggested with noodles, snap peas and added some carrots on the side. I did add some chives to the noodles. DH has requested that I make this again, thanks Latchy where ever you are for posting a keeper!!

Really quick and easy....chicken was so tender...only marinated for about 45 minutes, doubled recipe for 3 boneless, skinless breasts and grilled on the George Foreman. Served with sweet and sour noodles and was a great fast supper!
