A very quick taco salad based on a recipe from Taste of Home's Quick Cooking, but made our own!

  1. Brown the turkey in a skillet.
  2. While browning turkey line 4 plates with chips.
  3. Line chips with lettuce.
  4. Drain meat.
  5. Turn heat off.
  6. Stir in tomato and beans.
  7. Stir in Catalina.
  8. Divide the meat mix over the lettuce.
  9. Sprinkle on onion.
  10. Sprinkle on cheese.
  11. Plop on sour cream.
  12. Drizzle on salsa.
  13. Serve!
