  1. Trim beef and cut into 2" x 1/8" strips Heat oil and ginger in wok or 10-inch skillet.
  2. Add beef, garlic and onion.
  3. Stir-fry approximately 5 minutes until beef is brown.
  4. Add green pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in pineapple through tomato and heat through.
  6. Serve on rice.

Nice easy meal with lots of taste, I pretty much tripled this recipe for a late Sunday lunch, I used cherry tomatoes for this. thanks Edith, we enjoyed this served with rice today....Kitten:)
