This recipe make a quick salad, that will pair nicely with most grilled chicken or beef entrées.

  1. Combine lemon juice and vinegar in a glass measuring cup, fill with olive oil until oil is a one-to-one ratio with the lemon-vinegar mixture.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients until they form a homogenous mixture.
  3. Pour dressing quickly over romaine lettuce.
  4. Add parmesan cheese, to taste.
  5. Add croutons, to taste.
  6. Add freshly ground pepper, to taste.
