Simple and fresh recipe, thanks! I had to use a little water, my blender got stuck a couple of times. Overall a keeper though.

Quick and easy! And beautifully green! I used walnuts because that's what I had and it turned out great! Thanks! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC tag game.

This is a great recipe. Simple & delicious. I have made this for quite a few gatherings & had to pass out the recipe almost every time. I now have to snub my nose at prepackaged pestos. Its just not the same. Thank you so much.

So far I haven't met a pesto I didn't like, and this one is no exception. I went ahead and toasted the nuts, but followed the recipe exactly. I used it to make Grilled Chicken Pesto Panini with excellent results. Thank you.

I am trying "container herb gardening" because I have a black thumb and kill everything I try to grow. However, I have a knack for the contaners. Anywho, I have huge basil plans that my husband said I needed to do something with. So I made this pesto (doubled). It is excellent. I too toasted the nuts and added a squirt of lemon (fresh). I froze the extra for another day. Thank you for posting!!!

Proportions are perfect in this recipe. I did toast the pine nuts and added a splash of bottled lemon juice, it was perfect for us.

Excellent. Did not toast pine nuts. I could eat this alone with no bread or pasta it is that good! I plan to use this often but will try a little less oil to cut calories.

Easy to follow, and makes more then enough for one dinner. I made this in my blender, did not toast the pine nuts, added the juice of one lemon and some lemon zest, a touch of salt, served over cheese tortellini, family loved their dinner.

I made this because I have 6 blooming basil plants. I'm so glad I did. We had it for dinner tonight on bowtie pasta with pine nuts, olive oil, & parm cheese. Delicious! Makes enough to share with 3 grateful friends!

Good but a bit too runny for me-- I added 1/4 c. less olive oil and 1/4 cup more parmesean. Also extremely garlic-y as it is-- I love garlic so I made the mistake of adding an extra clove-- dont do it!

Love this recipe in which you don't have to toast the nuts. I added a bit of lemon juice and some salt to bring out the flavours though.

Very good. For some reason, I can't find pine nuts at my local stores. Raw almonds worked very well. With whatever nuts, delicious recipe.
