This is a great salad if you have some leftovers on hand from a stir-fry or just because. You could double or triple ingredient amounts for more servings.
- 2 cups torn lettuce
- 3 ounces cooked shrimp
- 1⁄2 cup steamed snow peas
- 2 tablespoons Catalina dressing (or any French dressing)
- 1⁄4 cup chow mein noodles
- Top lettuce with shrimp and snow peas.
- Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with noodles.
