  1. Combine oatmeal and broth in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Add cheese, egg, and salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Other topping ideas (the sky's the limit!): fried egg, salsa verde, cheese, bacon; fried egg, soy sauce, chives; fried egg, olive oil, sea salt, pepper, parmesan, etc!
