ingredients
- lemon, juice of
- 1⁄2 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons black sesame seeds
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 1⁄3 green apple
- 3 deseeded jalapenos
- 1 deseeded serrano pepper
directions
- put all in a food processor in above order and blend at lowest speed. .
- Use pulse when necessary to keep it all spinning. Stop when you can see the cilantro is mixed evenly.
- Add cracked pepper, sea salt, cumin to taste & use some of the peppers' seeds to add HEAT. enjoy.

I make salsa about twice a week so there's always some in the fridge in wide-mouth canning jars. I was entering chili-cook-offs there for a while -- its fun to practice and then to meet all the chili-hounds. I don't eat much bread because almost all of it has so much Round-Up in it (the real reason for gluten-intolerance probably).
