With all the garden fresh produce, I've been on a salsa kick lately. I can make a meal out of chips and salsa. I threw in some bell peppers by mistake thinking they were jalapeno peppers, and I still really enjoyed this. I did add the jalapeno peppers too. I also added a little salt and pepper although it's not listed. Recipe courtesy of cooks.com. Serving size is estimated.

  1. Cut tomatoes into pieces and cook to desired texture.
  2. Add peppers and onion (chopped).
  3. Crush garlic, and then add cilantro.
