I am rating this high because I did not want a bland pattie, I decided to mix your recipe for tartar sauce into the pattie recipe and add about 1/2 c crackers. The result: absolutly fantastic. thank u very much for providing me with such a wonderful recipe

Delicious taste. The Old Bay seasoning added a nice flavor. I used oatmeal instead of the crushed crackers, for dietary reasons, and it worked out well. I'll definitely make this again.

Excellent recipe. I didn't have all the "fat free" ingredients on hand so I made it with regular everything. I have a picky eater who is suspicious of anything green in his food so I didn't add the parsley either. This was very fast and easy to make and got rave reviews especially from my picky 5 year old who thought they were Sponge Bob's Crabby Patties ;^)

Great recipe. I used leftover salmon, real eggs (didn't have substitute), green onions (no parsley on hand), had to use other herbs as well cause no Old Bay and added lemon juice. But it turned out great, and there is room to switch it up a bit if ingredients are lacking. Thanks.

I followed another reviewer and added some of the tartar sauce to the mixture. Used ritz crackers. I browned in skillet but finished them in oven for about 20 minutes.

I have never made salmon patties so took a chance with these. My first problem was 2 cans of salmon I had did have skin on them and little bones (?) I guess. So spent about 30 minutes picking out the bones. lol. Then made the patties except omitted the parsley. These werent bad but didnt taste too good either. Ended up throwing 3 out of the 4 away. I didnt want to give this recipe any stars because it was probably my salmon at fault. Will try again with the right kind of salmon. Thanks though!

Nice and quick. I think next time I might add some green onion for more flavor.

My husband really liked these. On the recommendation of another reviewer, I used oatmeal instead of crackers. I forgot to add the old bay seasoning and they turned out great anyway. Thanks for the recipe.

Very tasty salmon patties, The Old Bay seasoning adds a very nice flavor. I also add 1/2 of a small onion as I have always added onion to salmon patties, as we love onions. Also served them with creamed corn,Yummy. Other than that I made them like the recipe stated but did not serve with a tartar sauce.Thank you so very much for posting the recipe.

Yum! I'd never had salmon patties before, but I knew my husband liked them, so I thought I'd give them a try. Very easy to make and they taste quite good. I served them with scalloped potatoes and everyone cleaned their plates. Thanks for posting!

This was a tasty quick meal. My husband who doesn't care to much for Salmon ate two patties. I used regular eggs instead of the egg substitute. Thanks Erin for such a nice recipe.

I followed the recipe except the can of salmon was only about 8 ounces. I still used the 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and left out the old bay seasoning. We both enjoyed it. Very good recipe for 2 people.

Simple but super. The taste I missed from my mom's old-fashioned recipe.
