This salad goes together almost in a flash! And it tastes terrific, too. Recipe came from a Betty Crocker cookbooklet sold at the checkout stands.
- 4 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 0.5 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with oil
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again.
- Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 yours.
