This is highly nutritious and quick and easy salad from the Femina.
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts, steamed
- 1 cup corn, steamed
- 1⁄2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- black pepper
For the dressing
- 1 lemon, juice of
- chat masala
For the garnish
- 1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
- Comine the moong, corn, pomegranate seeds, tomato, onion and chillies in a bowl.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together.
- Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing to coat well.
- Add pepper powder to taste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
