Great recipe with a great bio from the chef!!! Made this for a very picky and disagreeable person to cook for but they gave it two thumbs up. I did not get to taste it as it is Friday during Lent but will the next time I make it. Followed recipe exactly and found the directions to be very well explained. Will be checking out other recipes from this terrific chef! Thanks so much for sharing...
Delish! I used cube steak and slivered onion instead of garlic. Fantastic served over rice.
