I think that you have the measurements for the Bisquick mix & milk switched. I started out using 1 cup of mix & 1 cup of milk & it was still a little runny. I would have hate to seen it with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Other than that it had a good taste. But I also thought that it was a little bland tasting even with me adding some garlic powder & onion powder to the hamburger while browning it. I wish I could have rated it higher.
This was good and very simple and easy to make. We found the flavor of it a tad bit bland. Next time I prepare it I will add some garlic and onions to the ground beef and cook them together. We used Prego traditional spaghetti sauce because that is what we had on hand at the time. I also had to use about 1 cup of bisquick, it looked to watery before pouring it into the pan and it came out perfect. Thanks so much for sharing...
This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written. We enjoyed it for something other then our normal pizza. It's made of items I normally have on hand also. We do prefer regualr pizza better but this is a nice alternative.
