Quick Peanut Sauce

"I found this in Company's Coming Appetizers. It looks really simple and good. Use it as a dip for eggrolls."

• Yields: 3/4 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Simmer 5 minutes.
3. Pour over meatballs, or use as a dip for egg rolls.
