This recipe requires only about 5 minutes prep, and I usually have all the ingredients already in my pantry. It's great flavor considering the time involved!

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spread peaches (including liquid) in an 8x8 glass casserole.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, mix bisquick and milk just until moist.
  4. Spread the dough over peaches by dropping by teaspoonful.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.

Followed recipe exactly and it took longer to cook than recipe stated. I ended up having to cook it for 45 minutes and the liquid was runnier than I like. I probably would use this recipe as a base but I wouldnt call it quick.

It wasn't as quick as I thought it would be. I cooked well over what the time said and it still ended up undercooked. I ended up throwing it out!
