This recipe requires only about 5 minutes prep, and I usually have all the ingredients already in my pantry. It's great flavor considering the time involved!

Followed recipe exactly and it took longer to cook than recipe stated. I ended up having to cook it for 45 minutes and the liquid was runnier than I like. I probably would use this recipe as a base but I wouldnt call it quick.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Spread peaches (including liquid) in an 8x8 glass casserole.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix bisquick and milk just until moist.
- Spread the dough over peaches by dropping by teaspoonful.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
