This is one of those recipes you can whip up in an instant and it tastes good too. I always have ingredients on hand for drop-in company to extend my meal.
- Drain peas and put into a bowl.
- Chop onion and add to peas.
- Mix with enough mayonnaise to dress salad.
I quite using canned peas decades ago, but 2 cups of frozen ones did the trick here! Didn't really steam them but rather thawed the peas under hot water then boiled some water & poured it over them before draining them about 4 minutes later!
