  1. Drain peas and put into a bowl.
  2. Chop onion and add to peas.
  3. Mix with enough mayonnaise to dress salad.
  4. Serve.

I quite using canned peas decades ago, but 2 cups of frozen ones did the trick here! Didn't really steam them but rather thawed the peas under hot water then boiled some water & poured it over them before draining them about 4 minutes later! Made for a very tasty, quick to prepare salad! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC cooking game]
