Fast and tasty. This is really easy to make on those rushed days. The recipe comes from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies.
- Melt butter in a frying pan.
- Saute cauliflower and peas until cauliflower is tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
- Add julienned red pepper and saute until hot.
I love veggie dishes and this was no exception! I sub broccoli for the peas and added some slivered onion to the mix but otherwise followed the instructions. Definately a keeper and one to make again and again...it is soooo easy. Thank you for submitting. Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011.
Loved the veggie combo in this recipe & it was so easy to prepare! As with at least one other reviewer, I did my usual substituting of lemon pepper for the SP, but other than that . . . Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in the current Almost 5 Special Event]
