Quick, Low Fat Chocolate Chip Nut Cookies

- 2 large egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (any chips you prefer!)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional,of course)
- 2⁄3 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 2/3 cup sugar substitute
- 1 dash salt
directions
- Beat egg whites until frothy; add salt and beat until stiffened.
- Add in the sugar and beat until thickened.
- Add almond and vanilla extracts and then nuts and chips.
- Blend well.
- Drop dough on to parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F.
- Turn off heat and forget about them, take a nap and relax!
- They will be ready to be gobbled up!
