Quick and easy Balsamic Vinaigrette. I wanted a lower fat version so I experimented. It's great as a marinade too.
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- Pour all ingredients together in a glass jar with tight fitting lid or a salad dressing cruet.
- Shake vigorously and serve.
Extremely easy to make and very tasty. I played with the amounts - more vinegar and water, less oil - but made no changes otherwise. I mixed it up in my cruette that you buy with the Good Seasoning package. Served it over recipe#176451. Thanks!
