Kale, Great Northern beans, Tuna, and tomatoes- healthy and filling!
- 1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
- 2 cups frozen kale (Trader Joe's)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- Heat chicken broth, add in the kale, boil.
- Add tomatoes, beans, tuna, garlic, and onion.
- Serve immediately.
