Traditional cabbage/beet soup made fast with convience foods.
- 2 (16 ounce) cans beef broth (or homemade)
- 1 lb sauerkraut
- 4 -5 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons ginger preserves (Wilkin & Sons is brand label)
- 1 (16 ounce) cansliced red beets
- Combine all ingredients.
- Heat and serve.
