Entered for safe-keeping, from Weight Watchers Magazine, September-October 2008, only 2 "thingies" per 3/4 cup serving. Serve with "Thai-style Tofu WW in Microwave".


  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add snow peas and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, until the snow peas are crisp-tener, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1 (8.8-oz.) package cooked brown rice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until hot, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped fresh cilantro.
