This is a delightful last minute beginning to almost any meal. Yes, I DO resort to those "cream of****" soups when needed!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can green pea soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
  • 16 ounces milk (no less then 2%)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons sherry wine
  • salt or pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In saucepan, mix all ingredients but sherry.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add sherry just before serving. Season as desired.
