Uses a whole chicken, cut up with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup and wine. From a community cookbook, submitted by Gloria Arenson of North Hollywood, CA.
- 1 roasting chicken, cut up
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 (1 1/2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1⁄2 cup white wine
- Place chicken pieces in baking pan; do not season.
- Blend the other ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
