Quick & Easy Yummy Lamb Chops

My mother went on a tour to Outback Australia and the stationowner was short of food to cater for a busload of tourists. This is what was served & all agreed it was fabulous!

Extremely easy yet flavoursome recipe. Enhances and compliments the flavour of the lamb. I used a fruit chutney bought at the supermarket in a jar. I used forequarter chops that were quite thin. Served with wedges it was a nice easy meal to make.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons of either prepared sweet corn relish or 2 tablespoons chutney

Directions

  1. Place lamb chops on tray.
  2. Put 1/2 tablespoon of chosen topping on each chop and spread to cover.
  3. Put in oven at 180 degrees celcius for 15 mins.
  4. Also works well with beef steak, chicken breasts and turkey chops.
