heathy & quick dish w/ flavored tuna. No need to use butter, salt, or sauces!
- 2 1⁄2 ounces Starkist sweet and spicy tuna (1/2 of a 5 oz. pouch)
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup spinach or 1 cup broccoli
- 1 pinch slivered almonds
- Cook rice and veggies.
- Top rice with layer of spinach or broccoli. Top that with tuna directly from the pouch. Add some almond slivers. Voila.
Very nice quick and tasty recipe! I used broccoli and a German brand of flavoured tuna. Will make this again. Thanks for posting!
