I whipped this up one evening when I was short on time and it turned out delicious. We used chopped peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic and put it over pasta. You can use whatever veggies you like and put it over rice, couscous, or eat it as a side.
- Saute veggies in oil until done to preference. Add peanut butter, soy sauce and splenda and mix together.
