Wonderful! Used it as a sauce but still added garlic (more than stated in the recipe............) salt, some cayenne powder and a dash of cumin. Finished off with parsley and poured over my veggies. This was a very tasty lunch. Since I have some left I I'll use it over falafel tomorrow. Will certainly make again.
Thanks for posting.

This was indeed quick and easy! It was amazing to see how it got thicker before it got thinner, and the finished product was absolutely delicious. After tasting it, I did add generous amounts of salt and garlic powder, and a dash of smoked paprika, even though I was using it as a sauce rather than a meze. It made for a lovely lunch over some falafel on a bed of salad veggies. I can't wait to try it in pita sandwiches. Made for Veggie Swap.

Pretty easy, If you are adding the sauce to let's say a chicken or beef shawerma sandwich, I would suggest to add chopped up tomatoes and cucumbers along with the chopped up parsley.

Easy to make and so good served over some baked sweet potato. I halved the recipe and used a little more garlic. Very nice, thanks! Made for the Almost 5 game.
